1. Pick, Package and Send
Pick the cards you want to be graded and carefully packaged it. We recommend that you put the card in a card sleeve, and then into a card saver and put it between two cardboard for full protection. After the card is well packaged, ship it to: 11248 Playa Court, Suite B, Culver City, CA 90230. We do not pay for shipping from your address to us.
*When choosing the grading service, please match the maximum card value of that service to avoid any issues. If the card value after graded is higher than the maximum declared value listed for the service level you choose, we will charge you an extra amount to meet the appropriate service level for the final slab value.
*In the case of damaged or lost card, we are not responsible unless you purchase insurance during checkout. We will refund you the amount that is the same as the raw card value if not graded or the graded value if a grade has already be assigned.
2. Quality Check Upon Receiving
Once we received your package, we will shoot a package opening video and send it to you to make sure that there's no damage during the transition. We are not responsible for any damages caused before the video shooting.
3. Wait Patiently
Depends on the service you chose, the turnaround time can be different:
- Value 65 Business Days
- Value Plus 20 Business Days
- Regular 10 Business Days
- Express 5 Business Days
- Super Express 3 Business Days
- Walk-Through 3 Business Days
*Turnaround time is the time period from us sending the card to PSA to PSA sending the card back to us. Please allow 1-2 weeks more than the listed turnaround time to receive your card back. Thank you for the patience!
4. Check Out Your Grades
Once we receive the grading, we will send back your card to you.
